Images: No upload error, but wrong file path.

I looked through the forums and didn’t see a topic that covered this particular issue. I hope it’s not (and apologize if it is) a repeat.

Well, so far my upgrade to version 2.5 has been pretty painless. Right now there is only one thing that I have a question about: when uploading images, you have the option to insert the entire gallery (all of the images you’ve uploaded for that particular post) into your post. After writing my first entry last night, this is the option I chose. In the options for each individual image, I have it set to link to the file rather than a page. However, when you view my blog and click on the image, it directs you to a page where you can then click on the image again and it links you to the file.

Does anyone know what’s causing this? Is it because I added descriptions or something? And is there any way to bypass it? Thanks in advance.
