Images not showing after plugin activation

I decided to give this plugin a try, so I disabled image optimization settings on my old plugin, and installed this one. In the process, I found out that half the images in my gallery stopped showing on my site after the cache is cleared. There’s no button to do anything on the Optimole dashboard.
