Images not uploading from within posts

My images are not uploading when I to to add media from within a blog post. I also cannot place a featured image that was uploaded in the past. Have had small issues with images last few weeks and was able to work around, but now that I’ve updated to WP 4.3.1 today, I cannot upload new images at all or even edit the existing ones from within a post (on the right where you can add caption, description, alt text, etc there is simply nothing there – all white space where there used to be actions). The button to insert image does nothing when clicked.

I have found that I can upload from the media library and edit image, add alt text, etc. but I still cannot place that image in a blog post. I’ve tried from Chrome and from Firefox. I’m on a Mac. I haven’t added any new plug-ins in quite a while. I always check for conflicts when updating current plug-ins but haven’t checked being able to upload photos, unfortunately.

My site is jaimehaney.com – but my images should load for the viewer just fine. It’s in the back end I’m having problems.
