# Imagify doesn’t work

 * Why am I getting these errors on my images after the bulk optimization in my 
   paid ultimate plan?
 * – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10002 miliseconds.
    – Our server 
   returned an error (0-Connection timed out after 45001 miliseconds.)
 * I have checked and my cURL version is 7.29.0 NSS/3.53.1 and WP version is 5.9.3.
   
   The strange things is yesterday it still working, and today I receive that errors
   message.

 * You need to install cURL on your road server, Not possible if you are using shared
   hosting. You can also convert or compress from outside the plugin, if too much

 * This could be caused by other reasons as well, there is no necessary to be related
   to cURL (although v7.29 is the lowest partially stable version) – indeed, it 
   would be ideal to update it if possible.
