 * Hi [@gustav213](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gustav213/)
 * This is Ioanna from Imagify and I’ll gladly assist you here!
 * There are a few reasons why WebP will not be displayed using picture tags:
 * – background images added via CSS
    – there is no WebP generated – page element
   HTML is loaded after Imagify looks for the source code to apply WebP markup –
   images are external
 * I have checked your website through PageSpeed insights and it looks that the
   following images cannot be displayed as they are background images:

 * The solution, in this case, is to choose rewrite rules in order to display your
   WebP images unless you are using a Cloudflare/ CDN.
 * Let me know if you need further assistance. I’ll be happy to help.
 * Best regards,
    Ioanna

 * If I am using a CDN what are my other options?

 * Hi [@gustav213](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gustav213/)
 * Unfortunately, nothing further can be done in this case as you are using a CDN
   so rewrite rules won’t work.
 * Best regards,
    Ioanna
