# Implausible date

 * My feed no longer shows new news in the publisher center unless I manually update.
 * Google support indicated that there is an implausible date error in the feed 
   validator.
    <lastBuildDate>Thu, 20 Oct 2022 23:16:19 +0000</lastBuildDate>
 * How can I fix it?

 * The implausible date is still in the feed:

 * I haven’t gotten any other reports of this happening, it seems specific to your
   setup.
 * Interesting that the date has remained consistent, even after you’ve published
   since you first posted that date.
 * I’m not sure what might be causing that. I’m sure you hate to do it as much as
   I do, but you might try deactivating plugins and/or custom coding to see if anything
   is affecting the date. When testing, be sure to avoid caches – you can do that
   by adding a parameter (?testing=a) to the end of the feed url and changing the
   value (a to b, b to c) each time you test,

 * Search engine hits are _never_ considered extreme. The post will not be edited
   or deleted. Also there nothing here at all a search engine cares about an no 
   links.
 * The link field can’t be viewed by a search engine. It’s only visible to logged
   in forum users.
