Import Categories (free version)

    Im having issues importing categories. I was importing posts to update existing posts that have categories in the source file. My xml file was exported from a legacy cms and the categories are hashed. I used your mapping feature to match the hash with the category name but it isn’t creating the categories or assigning them to the posts. Do i need the pro version to import categories or can i do that with the free version?

    If i need the pro version do I import taxonomies instead of posts?

    The free version can import categories. I see that you’ve opened a ticket about this via our website – since we’ll need to see the data and import settings to help with this, we’ll continue working with you via that ticket.
