# Import CSV

 * I am having trouble importing events with a csv. I am using the import export
   plug in. This never seems to successfully work. I have tried downloading an existing
   event and just changing a few fields and then importing again.
 * All I ever seem to get is the following. 
   Don’t Refresh or Close till import 
   completed!
    - No event imported.
 * Sucessfully imported
 * I was wondering if there were mandatory fields, or limits to column lengths. 
   Please can somebody advise the correct format to use.

 * We have identified and fixed the problem on our end. Could you please update 
   the Import/Export extension to the latest version and try importing your CSV 
   file again?
 * Please also make sure that the structure of your CSV file matches the layout 
   of the exported sample.
