 * Hi,
 * I am having a problem importing new users, have a list of about 800 people to
   import and the its a matter of highest urgency I get this working.
 * The error message I receive: Server error. Please increase value of post_max_size
   and upload_max_filesize
 * These have been set to 364M and 64mb respectively so is not the issue
 * Here is an example of my test csv:
 * “Username”,”E-mail”,first_name”,”Last Name”,”Phone Number”,”Password”,”ID / Passport”,”
   Facebook Profile Link”,Instagram Profile Link”,”Role,Registration Date”,”Description”

 * Also is there advice on how to get fields exported from excel so that it is comma
   separated and enclosed with double colons?

 * I have posted on your Form more than 5 days ago, tried sending an email directly
   to support, and it seems support has just completely ignorte me, am very frustrated
   as I desperately need to get this working
