# Import Error

 * Hello,
 * I’m currently using the 7-day trial version and I’m trying to import some FAQs.
 * But I’m always getting the error message without any further details:
    There 
   was an error uploading the file, please try again!
 * The structure of my CSV I want to import is looking exactly the same as the CSV
   I exported beforehand. I’m only trying to import 2 FAQ with very limited content.
   So I cannot imagine what still should be wrong.
 * I’m using plugin version 1.8.22 and it’s happing with CSV, XLS as well as XLSX.
 * What can I do or is there an error in the plugin?

 * We released version 1.8.23 of the plugin, we’ve patched this issue. Could you
   update the plugin and try again? Does it work now?

 * Hi,
    unvortunately I’ve to repoen the ticket. As reported the initial import 
   worked fine.
 * Now I want to import additional FAQs. No matter if I’m using a xlsx or a csv 
   file the import doesn’t work. I don’t get any error message. How do I porceed:
 * 1. Selecting the file
    2. Pressing button “Import Spreadsheet FAQs” 3. Then the
   screen is updating – neither an error message nor a message for sucessful import
   4. When I have a look in “FAQs” tab there is still the same amount of FAQs as
   before the import.
