Import Error – Test Site

I am trying to import my CSV file into your test site, but I keep getting the following error for each record, and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong:
“Problems with user: “<username>” does not exists, error: Invalid user ID.”
It’s not clear to me from the documentation whether or not the field names (username, email, ID, password) should be capitalized, but I’ve tried both ways with the same result. It’s clear that it’s reading my CSV file because it’s identifying each record by the username it says doesn’t exist. I am trying to only add, not update.
