 * I am trying to import data into my site from an rss feed. I am using version 
   2.0.3 and I get this error:
    error writing to directory – is the parent …..
 * I went in and changed permissions to allow write by owner and nothing. I set 
   to 777 and it worked fine, what am I doing wrong?
