Does_**“ Products”**_ refer to one of your Media Library items? Does _**(action) “Edit”**_ mean you are clicking on the “Bulk Actions” dropdown control, selecting “Edit” and then clicking “Apply”? * If that is right, you will open the Bulk Edit area and see your Products item in the Bulk Edit list at the upper left part of the area. Below the list you will see “Cancel”, “Reset”, “Import” and “Export” buttons. Are these the buttons you refer to? If so, you need to understand what the buttons actually do. Here is the text in the Bulk Actions tab of the Help menu you open by clicking on the button in the upper right corner of the Media/Assistant screen: * > You can save any values you enter here for future use. Click the “Export” button > to save the current values for term assignments and other fields to the database. > Click “Import” to recall saved values and re-populate the current values with > them. * As the text says, these buttons are for saving and recalling values you enter in the Bulk Edit area.
