 * Hi, I couldn’t find any tutorial or explanation about how to import FAQs with
   a spreadsheet.
 * Yes, I’m premium. I just need more info about how to do that. What should be 
   the columns? What are the file specs?
 * I tried many times, but instead of importing the answer it imports the question
   twice.

 * You can use this as a template. It should give you a good idea of how the spreadsheet
   needs to be formatted for import.
