# Import isn't recognizing Export

 * I have a live site & a staging site. I installed this plugin on each site. I 
   exported from the staging site and then when I tried to import it, I got this
   error:
 * You must upload a .wie file generated by this plugin.
 * I looked at the file – it looks like it would be an export. Here an excerpt: “{“
   header-right”:{“nav_menu-11”:{“nav_menu”:98,”lp_debug”:false,”lp_block_id”:””,”
   dw_include”:0,”dw_logged”:””,”other_ids”:””}},”sidebar”:{“genesis-club-text-20”:{“
   title”:”Estimate Form”,”html_title”:”Reque”
 * The file is about 31K.

 * Hello,
 * That message will show when:
 * 1. The file type is not .wie. Check that the extension is in the filename.
    2.
   Submit is clicked without a file being selected.
 * Could you please double-check these things?
 * Also try deactivating all other plugins as a test, then import, to see if there
   is a conflict between plugins.
