# Import json – working??

 * I’ve tried importing my quotes a number of imtes using the IMPORT function. I
   have converted my csv file to json and validated the file. When I import I get
   no data, only quote numbers with empty fields.
 * json format is as follows:
    { “Quote”: “When everything seems to be going against
   you, Remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.'”, “
   Author”: “Henry Ford” }, Can only imagine I’m missing headers?
 * Any ideas? Thanks in advance…

    Easy fix! I manually entered a few, exported file and checked format against
   my import file.
 * Quotes collection format is quote, not Quote and author not Author.

 * For other people who’s valid JSON file won’t import in the plugin, make sure 
   it is converted to UTF-8. This fixed it for me as I had French symbols in the
   JSON file.
    This can be easily done in Notepad++.
