import matches

I am trying to import matches for a new season. I have created a new season and created a file with what i think is all the information. When i upload it though as a csv or tab delimited file i can only upload 1 match and the information for that match is wrong.

this is an excerpt from my tab file

i am probably missing something obvious. But can someone help or does anyone have a template
