# Import problem.

 * Hi.
    I have a problem using the plugin. I’ve been since yesterday trying to migrate
   a complete installation (300MB in total) and apart from the innumerable problems
   for that matter, I find that all exports from your plugin is done with strange
   characters. For example accents “or” are “³”. This occurs in the 40mb database
   that I have. Consequently the web does not work [http://www.manuelazana.org/](http://www.manuelazana.org/).
   I tried to export and import again in the test facility and I have half load 
   and lack most of the contents [http://manuelazana.artisticadigital.com/](http://manuelazana.artisticadigital.com/)
   Exports have done and I can send you the necessary but if I need to fix this,
   took a day and a half intentadolo. I’ve tried different solutions around here(
   such as using wordpress 4.2 etc) and not working. Thank you.

 * Hi,
 * It looks like on your old site, the database character encoding is utf8mb4_unicode_ci
   while it is not available on your new site.
    Could you contact your hosting provider
   to enable utf8mb4_unicode_ci on your new site MySQL database and attempt to import
   again?
