# Import problem

 * Dear Sir/Madam,
 * I’m having problems uploading my PDF file. The file is 179MB (I know it’s big)
   en can’t upload in the plugin. Smaller PDF files are no problem. Uploading the
   file into my WP is no problem, but uploading into the plugin.

 * Alternatively you can try to import big files via command line interface (if

 * Not only the size of the file could be an issue. Maybe the format of that PDF
   is newer than your current ImageMagick/Ghostscript can handle. But this can be
   checked only by trial and try method:
    – if possible, try to update ImageMagick/
   Ghostscript on the server – try to import another big size file
