# import problem with new data

 * I made a couple of entries in a new guestbook after installing your plugin. Then
   I downloaded the CSV using your export function. Next I pasted in 500 lines of
   data, making sure everything is in the right column. (Even added zeros and ones
   for isspam ischecked istrash.)
 * But every time I upload, the importer says its a file type that isn’t recognized.
   Is using Excel the problem?
