# Import Problems

 * So frustrated – first I had errors on my imports, the last one a security problem.
   Now I don’t get errors, but nothing imports. I’m using the template exactly. 
   It had worked partially the first time I used it, meaning some were added and
   others weren’t. Now in updating it, and adding new users, nothing works. Excel
   file in cvs turning up blank.

 * It is really strange.
 * First of all, please try to use Google Drive or LibreOffice (or OpenOffice) to
   manage the CSV.
 * Also, please copy us the message it throws in order to be able to help you.
