    Hi @theme2021,

    it looks like your XML file is broken. A good trick is to open the XML in your browser, Chrome for example. I did that with your file and I got this error: https://a.supportally.com/grWKBQ

    > This page contains the following errors:
    > error on line 26 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document

    That’s what is causing the plugin to finish the import very fast (the reading of the XML is ended at line 26 and that error makes the XML reader think the import is done).
