Will try to edit it in a notepad or modern csv. But as you can see it is downloaded from Google sheets, not Microsoft excel. Export the CSV 2. Edit the data in Excel (where you can make use of formulas to edit in bulk) 3. Also open the CSV in a text editor 4. Copy and paste the finshed column from Excel to the text editor 5. Save the CSV from the text editor 6.
