Import stalls

When I click to upload a CSV the page says “importing users” but nothing ever happens. I’ve tried the test.csv and the same things happens.

The tools shows the csv has been uploaded and prompts me to delete it for security reasons, but no users are ever imported. It just sits on a page that says “importing users” but page shows no action occurring.

Searched documentation, support forums etc..Can’t find anything
