• This is a 2 part question:

There are 75 blog posts at a URL like this (non WordPress website) that I would like to import into a WordPress website:

    domainname.com/blog/

There are an additional 319 blog posts at this URL that I would like to import into the same WordPress website:

    domainname.com/blog/archives/

The blog posts all display with a .html extension in the browser address bar.

I would just like the text (header and body) of the blog post (the images if possible) to be imported. I do not want the contact form at the bottom of the blog post page to be imported into the WordPress website.

What is needed to complete this task? I did scrape the website and have all the full URLs of the blog posts in an Excel file, but I wasn’t sure how to import those and only import the blog post content and not the side bar widgets and contact form on the page.

Also, there are static HTML pages on this website’s server that I would like to import into WP, so I can download the files off the server, but as above, I only want the actual content, not the side bar widgets and contact forms on the page.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
