• My import gets stuck on “Activating Plugins”…how long does this part of the process normally take? And when I try to go to the site, I get an HTTP 500 error.

    Any ideas?

  • I am interested in this as well, especially cause I paid for the plugin unlimited enhancement.

OK, in my case it was because 1) I did not export plugins (export stalled when I tried) and 2) I forgot to install the same plugins on the other side

I too had paid for the unlimited enhancement. It turns out everything did import..it was just getting stuck on the Activating Plugins part..so when I checked the files, it was all there. I just needed to change my site URL in the database and everything started to work.

    Hi ed4becky and sergehf,

Could you open a new tab and see if the site has been restored?

My issue was that I was trying to restore without having put all my plugins back (exporting the plugins kept timing out so I had to move them manually)

Once I had all the plugins it worked fine.

    Hello

I have a big problem with the migration – from multisite to localhost or FTP Server!
At the beginning, everything went wonderfully, but now there are problems on some sides! The only thing that works is exporting with entire plugins.

But when importing to localhost or to another server, it freezes after loading! Either it does not import and the runtime is 0% or after the import is permanently this message ” Done activating plugins … or Restoring 6358 files…0% complete!

    Please help it’s urgently!

    thanks

    Hi joe2808,

What is the site URL that you are importing on?
