# Import Synchronization Error

 * When I try to synchronize my fresh install with websitetestdata the synch fails
   at task 1/8 with the following error:
    “Import failed: Synchronization failed:
   cURL error 35: gnutls_handshake() failed: A TLS fatal alert has been received.”
   My server is running PHP 5.6.30.

 * Looks like somehow your server couldn’t verify Arlo’s SSL certificate for your
   platform. We solved this issue earlier, please use the latest version of plugin.
