 * I have 2 pre-sales questions:
 * 1. Is it possible to import “User” information using CSV files.
 * I have seen your reply regarding tickets, but in this case we just want to import
   user data such as their Name, Surname, User Name, Password (not important as 
   this can be reset), and their status.
 * 2. The users in the current system have 2 status (Free or Paid Members). Can 
   this status be included in the import?

 * User import is not needed in this plugin. You can use any free plugin that imports
   users from CSV or XML files and then they are allowed to create tickets automatically.

 * Unfortunately, statuses can not be imported nor tickets from other systems.
