    When I created account to new users, they didn’t reserve a mail whereas I checked the box for this purpose.
    So the didn’t get there passwords
    what can I do ?

    @informatique49,

    Surely the emails are being sent but they are not being received.

    Install some mail log plugins to check if they are being sent. If they are being sent and it does not arrive, you can ask your hosting provider to improve the mail sending using mail() function in PHP or you can install an SMTP plugin to send emails using a valid SMTP server.
