 * Hello logic123,
    Wordfence does not automatically block traffic from VPNs/Proxies
   because a lot of legit traffic comes via them, not just bad traffic. You can 
   however adjust Wordfence to block on many different conditions such as IP-range,
   page they were trying to reach etc. I hope that answers your question.
