# Important features missing.

 * Did some research before choosing a chat system for my site and settled on Tidio
   and here’s the truth:
 * – The 7 day trial automatically starts, so they basically force you to install
   this on your live site, no testing WHATSOEVER. Sure, after notifying support,
   they offered to revert my trial period, but by then I had already unistalled 
   the plugin.
 * – With the free version (didn’t get to use the trial, as I told you) you have
   100 chatbot interactions. That’s okay, one might say, but in actuality it’s more
   like 10, if you’re working on the website. Reload the site on a different browser
   or in incognito and BAM, chatbots used. There is NO WAY to ignore IPs or even
   logged in users from triggering the chatbots.
 * – You got a page that’s mainly viewed on mobile and you need the real estate 
   for something important? You’re out of luck. You can’t exclude pages. So frustrating.
 * Oh, and there are no tiddies anywhere, even though it’s called Tidio :chuckles
   and runs away:

 * The trail starts with the first login into the Tidio account, and before you 
   are able to log in, you are asked to install the widget on your website. Sorry
   if we made it too complicated, but as you mentioned, we have no issues with extending
   your trial if you were in the testing process of your website or was not ready
   to install the Live Chat.
 * As for the quota being used on you, there are few methods to deal with it!
    You
   can change the Chatbots trigger from “First visit on site” to something that 
   will not be trigger automatically with every visit. You can also disable the 
   Chatbot completely while you are testing.
 * As for the third issue, you actually are able to exclude pages from displaying
   Tidio.
    You can do that in Settings > Live Chat > Appearance by selecting “Advanced
   Rules” under Chat Visibility and then putting in the URL of the pages you want
   to exclude.
 * As for the last issue, I’m afraid that we are not able to help with this one
