# Important Note! stuck on loop

 * Codisto has been working great for me until it wasn’t. It actually stopped working
   before even changing domains. Now that I changed domains. I managed to get through
   the first error which was the error processing request. I fixed that by deleting
   codisto.crt file. Now I’m stuck in this loop whenever I click “Continue with 
   the new website address” Anyway I can reset the plugin or Re-register my website?
   could not find anything helpful in the F&Q of the plugin as well. Thanks in advance

   to your old domain which is why you are having this issue accessing the plugin.
   We have now updated the sync host URL on your account using your new domain. 
   Please try to relaunch the plugin and you should now be able to access your Codisto
   account with no issues.
