# Importing doesnt work

 * I have exported users using this plugin but when im trying to import them on 
   a new site, 0 users had been imported.
 *     ```
       01-04-2021 @ 14:36:39 - ---[ New import started at 2021-01-04 13:36:39 ] PHP Memory: 256 MB, WP Memory: 40 MB
       01-04-2021 @ 14:36:39 - Preparing for import.
       01-04-2021 @ 14:36:39 - ---[ Import ended at 2021-01-04 13:36:39]---
       ```
   
 * the CSV file contains 700 customers
