 * Is it possible to import forms?
    We cannot seem to find a function with this 
   plugin that allows imports as well as exports?

 * Hello,
 * You can import and export forms, however import is not available in our free 
   version. You may consider looking at our pro version. That being said, there 
   is a migration process required to pull any current forms you have built in free(
   not import/export), this is because our pro version is built on new technology.

 * Yes that was very helpful.
    We love this plugin and will be going pro very shortly.
 * One last question however!
    I guess therefore you can only migrate forms between
   sites that all have VFBPro installed right?
