Importing from MoveableType (TypePad)

The docs refer to file:
wp-admin/import/import-mt.php

With instructions:

On line number 2 of import-mt.php, find
define(‘MTEXPORT’, );
and change that to
define(‘MTEXPORT’, ‘import.txt’);

There is no such file.

There is however a file named:

wp-admin/import/mt.php

But that file does not contain the “define” reference
in the code.
