 * I’ve installed a new WP blog. Is there a way to import posts from another old
   WP blog database?
    Thak U in advance.

 * Not really.
    However, this might be a workaround: 1. Scrap the new blog, and 
   install the same version of WP as the old blog is/was. 2. Do a DB export and 
   import to get the old posts into the new location. 3. Update WP to the latest.
