 * I’m working on importing my Instagram to my WordPress Site and I have all my 
   images in folders I could upload.
 * And the data is in a 4 column table like below. What is the simplest way to import
   as posts?

 * How did you build this export file from your Instagram account ?

 * or you could try something like this :

 * But really, you can download all your data from Instagram into a JSON file, or
   just use their API.
