Importing previous comments from other plugin

    Greetings,
    I plan to change my present fb comment plugin due to layout maladjustment. I have never done so before,so I don’t know if there is a possibility to preserve former comments. I mean to import former comments to this plugin before deleting the other. (I don’t want to loose comments)
    Any hint?

    Hi,

    Facebook comments are rendered on the basis of url of your webpages. So, the comments already made at webpages will be preserved even after installing another Facebook Comments plugin, unless you change url structure.

    -You mean all comments will be preserved? Both fb shared and not shared comments?
    -Should I switch off the runing fb plugin befor switching on the new or doesn’ matter?

    Yes

    Yes, you should deactivate the existing plugin before installing ours. Why would you enable two plugins for FB Commenting?

    Hi Team Heator,
    I have installed. The plugin works great!
    All my previous problems are gone:-)
    My site is
    http://www.mosthallottam.hu , Theme Hueman,WP 4.4.2

    Now i’m going to set up fb notifications.
