Importing Review Score

Hi there, is it possible to import review score for posts using WP All Imports or any other method? May I set plugin to where only the admin can set reviews? I use 4 different criteria, but each one has a different weight in the process of calculating the total score, may I have a different review score than what the 4 criteria shows?
