Importing user description

I tried to add an html href link in the user description, but the plugin won’t let me. Let’s say I have to add <a href="https://google.com">Google</a> to the description, I tried adding the same code without editing, didn’t work, I tried adding double quotes because when I exported a user which had the href link, it became "<a href=""https://google.com"">Google</a>" so I tried adding it like that, but still couldn’t import it. Is there any way I can solve this problem? Thanks for your time!
