# Importing various Posts

 * Hi Guys,
 * We need to split an XML file into two different post types depending on a certain
   value for the posts in the XML file. For example if a file includes
    <department
   >Residential Sales</department>: = imports to Sales custom post types. <department
   >Residential Lettings</department> = imports to Lettings custom post types.
 * I have the Post types set up and the templates but cant figure how to divide 
   the import
 * Is it possible?
