Impossibile to edit Loop

I’ve a problem with loop when i try to edit the custom single skin, when i enter to edit, the edit not work. The only area, section that i could edit is “footer”.

But inner section that contain the loop, not work it does not become clickable!

The only plugin that i’ve installed is WPML!
Any suggest?
