Impossible to login

Hello, I cannot login in the Dashboard of my WordPress site.
At first I had a notice saying “This has been disabled”, so I searched the forum and followed what the others suggested to solve the problem, that is renaming security plugins. The only thing changed now is that the notice “This has been disabled” has desappeared but I still can’t login.
Nothing happens when I write username and password, it simply reopen the empty login window. I also asked my hosting provider if there was a Ip ban or something like that but they told me everything was ok and that the problem was only mine.
Now I’m stucked. I’m also trying renaming other plugins (not security plugins) but there’s no change.
Could someone help?

Have to tried renaming the plugin directory to plugins.old? Does your host offer caching and has that been cleared? Same for CDN?
Also, since you have been in contact with said web host, have you asked them:
1. The version of WordPress installed. Is it quite old?
2. To disable all plugins. They verified?Above, IMO, is either a (word we do not use here)-host issue or a hack (which are much more common with (word we do not use here)-hosts not doing the job well).
