 * Since I started making a website I have sent several messages to support and 
   they have all been dealt with quickly and successfully, even going as far as 
   inserting code to solve my problem. They have sent short videos to show steps,
   so that the process is clear.

 * Started looking at the excellent videos from Brainstorm Force to learn about 
   WordPress, Astra and Spectra. Had a few problems following the exercises and 
   sent a query to the help desk. Within a couple of hours, a comprehensive and 
   detailed solution was sent to me. If I had any further queries, they would be
   happy to help. Excellent, prompt service and gives you the confidence that in
   future the help desk will be able to provide support in a timely manner.
