# In progress message

 * Hello,
 * i get for the last uploaded images 22 hours ago “In Progress Message” from EWWW.
   I use the actual Divi Theme together with EWWW.
 * I regenerated the Thumbnails days ago, but did also a complete Bulk Optimize 
   after with EWWW.
 * Deleted / Installed EWWW new, no succcess
 * How can i fix this?

 * Sounds like something got stuck with the background/async process, possibly due
   to regenerating thumbs (that process will put every media attachment in to the
   background queue).
    With that many images in the queue, you have a situation 
   where new media will be at the back of a very long queue.
 * Since you already did a bulk optimize, you can do this:
    1. turn on debugging
   2. look for Image Queue Debugging under the Media menu. 3. Click the clear all
   queues button.
 * You may still end up with some “in progress” notices, but those will disappear
   after 24 hours.
 * You can wait for those to expire to see if any of the new images need optimizing,
   or just re-run the bulk optimizer. By default, the bulk optimizer ignores anything
   it already processed, so it’ll only optimize new images at this point.

 * thanks for your reply. When I checked 24 hours later all the Images where progressed
   fine. If have this in future again, clear all queues button and rerun bulk?

 * Yes, that would be the way to go if it happens again. But without doing a thumb
   regen, you really shouldn’t get a queue that’s so backed up like that in the 
   future.
