• Hi Takayuki et forum,

Thanks for building this. It’s a great product and we find it really useful. One issue I’m hoping you can help with: When I try to export the “Inbound Messages” one key piece of information is missing. We are a news site with an email capture on certain articles so people need to put in their email addresses to read the full article. On the backend of WordPress in Flamningo–>Inbound Messages, I can see the url for the article page that the person entered their email on. However, when I download the Inbound Messages under Export–>Tools–>Inbound Messages, that URL does not appear.

The download is an XML file which I’m opening using Excel. If it helps, I get columns A through to AO. There is a “link” column, which contains the url for our main site (thelogic.co). There are also “ns2:base_site_url” and “ns2:base_blog_url” columns, both of which link to thelogic.co. Within WordPress if you go to Flamingo–>Inbound Messages–>Contact Form 7–>Article Subscription from…–> you can see the url the person entered their email on under the section “meta” subsection “url”. I’m wondering if there’s a way to see which url people entered their email on when downloading all Inbound Messages at once as going through to look at each individual entry through the back end of WordPress isn’t particularly efficient.

Any help with this would be really appreciated. Please let me know if I can provide further information.

    Cheers,

    Zane
