 * You sure all know these PDF which can be edited like a form and than be printed
   or sent.
 * I am wondering if it is possible to include a field in the PDF, which can be 
   edited?
 * Is this possible or is there a template?

    Unfortunately, form fields are currently not supported by the PDF
   engine (DOMPDF). I’m sorry I can’t help you with this one!
