 * Sorry, I found a third little bug. You plugin is missing the new “Proofread Writing”
   button. It will be appended to the first toolbar, but the user will not be able
   to change it’s position.

 * This is a third-party button that is added by the After the Deadline plugin and
   service, part of Jetpack. It would probably be good to add it despite that, as
   it seems to be one of the most common additional buttons.
