Thanks for the suggestion. I will add this ability in the next update. Currently, I have not been saving created/modified dates, so when you apply the next update all items will have a created and modified date set to the created date of the Ditty. All future items created/modified will have the actual dates they were created and modified.
You’ll be able to add this data to your items by modifying your Layout with the following tags (you can modify the attributes as needed):
{time type="item_created" format="Y/m/d \a\t g:i A" before="Created: " }
{time type="item_modified" format="Y/m/d \a\t g:i A" before="Modified: "}

By the way: Is the legacy mode going to be shutdown anytime soon? We are quite happy to be able to sort of fall back on it if needed.

Some day I’ll get remove the legacy files, but I don’t have plans to do it anytime soon. I was going to keep them around for at least a year.
