# Include user display name

 * Is there a technique with or alongside this plugin that will allow the user’s
   display name to be in the menu? Ideally, also their profile picture. Any guidance
   appreciated.

 * there probably is, but it’s not related to this plugin at all. I can only suggest
   you look into the [wp_nav_menu_items_filter](https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/wp_nav_menu_items/).
   You should be able to look up tutorials for adding custom items to a menu using
   that filter. Good luck.

 * Thanks for the very quick response. If I work it out I’ll post it here for others
   who know as little as me.
